SHOPINBEL RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We understand that situations may arise where you need to return a purchased item. We accept returns for a full refund under the following conditions:
- Damaged Products: If the product you received is damaged, we will gladly accept your return.
- Item Received Different from Item Purchased: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, we will process a return for you.
- Proof of Payment: You’ll have to provide a valid receipt or proof of payment for the item you want to return.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued by our payment provider, Paystack and Paypal, upon approval from us. To initiate a refund, kindly follow these steps:
- Submit Request: Use the contact form available on your user profile to submit a return request.
- Approval: Once your request is received, we will review it. Approval will be granted for eligible returns.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed promptly by Paystack, and the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method.
Please Note: Returns should be initiated within 7 days from the day of delivery with a valid receipt or proof of payment.
Product Exchanges
Currently, we do not accept product exchanges. If you wish to change an item, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order.
Conditions for Exchanges
For returns to be processed, the following conditions must be met:
- Original Condition: The item should remain in its original state, with all seals, tags, and accessories intact. Additionally, please ensure the product is placed back in its original packaging for a return to be processed.
- Picture Proof: To speed up the return process, please provide clear pictures of the product as part of your return submission.
Returns for Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:
- Submit Pictures: Submit clear pictures of the damaged or defective product using the contact form on your user profile.
- Await Approval: We will review the pictures and, upon approval, guide you through the return process.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as underwear, swimwear, and cosmetics, are non-returnable due to hygiene and security reasons.
Additionally, products that are non-returnable will be clearly stated on the single product page before purchase. Please review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
Restocking Fees
We do not impose any restocking fees for returned items.
